How we handle your application

We use it to decide whether to work with you. Nothing else.

What you send us

Only what the form asks, which is:

The channel you picked and your address or handle on it.
Where you are based, and which age bracket you fall in.
How you describe your gender, if you choose to say.
The languages you speak.
Your answers about phones, being on camera, and replying to comments.
Which account you would post from, and your TikTok handle if you gave one.
Whether you have run a brand account before, and a link to it if you gave one.
When you can start, and anything you wrote in the last box.

Who sees it

Applications are kept in our own systems and read by the people who decide on applications. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the company.

How long we keep it

If we work together, for as long as we do. If we do not, six months, then it is deleted. We keep unsuccessful applications that long for one reason: people reapply, and it is quicker for both of us if we can see what you told us the first time.

Getting it deleted

Write to us on the channel you gave us and say so. No form, no reason needed. If you no longer have that channel, use hello@ugchir.ing.

You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it. Same route, same answer time as everything else.
